Samuel Zhu

After migrating to Australia at 15 years old, Samuel began working within the Hotel Industry and become a successful hotelier and Project Consultant. He then set off to work in Commercial sales, finance broking, and Property Management. This eventually gave him the opportunity to move to China and work with the board of directors of a billion-dollar real estate developer for four years. Samuel has now returned to Australia to raise his daughter and pursue his passion for Real Estate. 

Samuel’s primary focus has been developing his knowledge and through his excellent work ethic to the team, he brings a lot of wisdom and advice to his clients. 

He believes a property manager’s role is to listen and get mutual trust to feel like your investment is in the right hands. Thus, he has the time & know how to discuss how to improve and create wealth from your property portfolio. No matter what your circumstances may be, he will assess the situation and get on the right path to help you with achieving your long-term property goals.

Outside of work, Samuel is an art enthusiast, he enjoys music concerts and contributes to a small ensemble as a volunteer. You could ask him about VCE, NGV, architects, interior and anything design related, he can also give you some tasty tips on where to get a mean wagyu beef.
