Bank Apartments – 283 City Rd, Southbank
This unique tower is home to 360 apartments, integrated within the heritage-listed façade of the former Bank of New South Wales building. The project demonstrates cutting-edge innovation meets eco-friendly design and was Victoria’s first six-star energy efficient residential tower. Our involvement in the project was end to end, covering site procurement, design management, development of pricing, preparation and strategy development, launch and selling program, settlement management & leasing and body corporate services. We sold out within six months and achieved a 100% settlement rate. Following these successful sales, we continue to serve our clients with the leasing and property management of over 200 properties.
Precinct – 601 Victoria St, Abbotsford
Precinct is comprised of 466 apartments across five distinctive buildings, surrounding a central avenue of landscaped gardens and communal living areas. Hugely successful, we sold 80% within 6 months of launch. Our exceptional capacity to deliver post-sales management is demonstrated through the Precinct project. Within the short time frame of two months, our property management team successfully leased over 250 apartments.
9 Clarendon St boasts striking architectural design and offers residents the perfect balance of city and neighbourhood living. Through a strategically designed launch strategy, we sold 90% of this project within two months. Our office is now proudly situated at the bottom of the 109 Clarendon building which is testament to our ongoing relationship with the building and it’s owners on an ongoing basis. Platinum – 263 City Rd, Southbank
In total the project tower consists 52 levels and compromises 456 apartments. One of the world’s largest vertical gardens welcomes you when you approach Platinum, bringing a touch of nature into the urban landscape.Our team managed the product development, pricing, design and launch strategy of this project. All 456 Apartments were sold within 12 months.
Clarindale – 1213-1217 Centre Rd, South Oakleigh
Clarindale is a low rise development comprised of 137 apartments. Situated with close proximity to a range of cafés, restaurants, parks, golf courses and shopping precincts. We worked very closely with the project team to prepare this project for market from the design stage through to the sales campaign. Following the retail launch, we sold 50% of stage 1 within 2 months and expect to be sold out within 6 months.
Bell Preston – 448-456 Bell St, Preston
Bell Preston is located in the booming and desirable Preston, close to trendy bars and cafes of the northern suburbs, and a short journey to the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Our involvement was end to end, and we sold out within 12 months.
Comprising of 228 apartments, Bella is nestled amongst the vibrant culture of the Crown Precinct, perfectly located for fine dining, shopping and lifestyle. Bella was a very successful project, selling 100% within 6 months.
Portrait – 401-407 Neerim Rd, Carnegie
Designed by award winning Centrum Architects, this is a modern, 4 level design of concrete, glass, timber and luxurious metallic accents anchored by a spacious lobby entrance, ground level retail and cafe spaces. Launched September 2015.
Imperium – 67-73 Poath Rd, Murrumbeena
