Ray White Southbank have just launched their latest large-scale residential development leasing project, the second such project for 2012.
Precinct is a 466 apartment project located at 601 Victoria Street, Richmond. Ray White Southbank are representing 200 purchasers in the leasing and management of their new apartments.
Stage 1 of the development was delivered on the 28th November, with Stage’s 2 & 3 due to be delivered during December 2012.
Demand from tenants has been strong, with all 1 bedrooms leased out after the first weekend. Demand for 2 bedrooms is strong, with substantial interest in apartments with car-parks.
Rentals range from $350 per week for 1 bedrooms apartments, and $500 per week for 2 bedroom apartments.
Ray White Southbank have a specialist division who provide project leasing solutions to large scale developments. Precinct is the second large-scale leasing project delivered during 2012, It follows a similar leasing project earlier in 2012 at Tiara, a 200 apartment development at 46-50 Haig Street, Southbank.
