After a subdued market due to Covid induced lockdowns, the market has really bounced back.
With record breaking low interest rates, first home buyer incentives and a large quantity of properties hitting the market, a large volume of sales have been made.
Ray White in the month or May sold a staggering $1.13 billion in property transactions. This is an incredible result considering we experienced lockdowns for the last week of the month.
