Ray White Southbank Cap off a busy schedule of International Sales Expo’s during 2013

By Alex Zoumboulis

Ray White Southbank have just completed their busy 2013 calendar of international sales expos, the last two events held in Hong Kong during October and November.

Over the course of 2 weekend shows in Hong Kong, Ray White Southbank negotiated unconditional contracts for over 10% of a high profile Melbourne CBD development – The Carlson.

This caps of a frenetic pace of international roadshows completed during 2013, with 12 shows completed throughout Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Hong Kong during the last 6 months, accounting for over 84 sales to off-shore buyers.

Andrew Salvo heads up our international team, and supported by his substantial network of international partner agents located throughout The Asia-Pacific region, the international sales market is generating significant sales results for Ray White Southbank.

“We have already been appointed to conduct shows for further four developer clients in the first few months of 2014, so there won’t be much rest whilst this segment of the market is performing so strongly” Andrew Salvo.
