Ray White Southbank have started another busy year of international sales events on behalf of developer clients.
With sales events already completed in Hong Kong, Singapore & Kuala Lumpur in January and February of this year, and numerous events already scheduled for March through to June, 2014 is already shaping up to be a very busy year.
In January we focussed on sales at the Carlson, 315-321 Latrobe Street, Melbourne selling the majority of the remaining apartments. In total we have sold 30 apartments at the Carlson through our international events.
In February we launched Pearl located at Doncaster, just 18 km’s east of the Melbourne CBD. 15 apartments sold over the 2 day event.
