Macy began her real estate career working in administration, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of leasing and client service. After building a strong foundation within the Ray White network, she relocated to Melbourne and joined Ray White Southbank | Melbourne City, drawn by the team’s supportive culture, opportunities for growth, and commitment to excellence.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, Macy thrives in the fast-paced leasing environment where multitasking is key. She’s known for keeping on top of every detail; from coordinating inspections to ensuring a seamless move-in experience, all while maintaining a friendly and approachable manner. Her genuine care for clients shines through in every interaction, as she takes the time to understand each applicant as a person, not just an application.

For Macy, leasing is all about people. She loves meeting new residents from all over the world, each with their own story and reason for making Melbourne their home. That human connection; helping people find a place where their next chapter begins, is what motivates her every day.

Outside of work, Macy is dedicated to triathlon training, with her sights set on completing a full Ironman. When she’s not swimming, cycling or running, she enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of an active, balanced lifestyle.
