Clarindale @ Oakleigh South – Construction Update 2017

March Update:

  • The basement slab to be completed by end of March
  • Basement pre-cast to be finished mid – April
  • Estimated completion in third or fourth quarter of 2018

Jan Update:

We are pleased to advise that construction has now commenced. The following are the current updates for Clarindale,

  • Bulk excavation started – one month until completed
  • Piling, retention and footing to commence mid February
  • Lifts, PT, concrete and precast engaged
  • Major trades going well
  • Car stackers permit in.

The project is expected to completed late 2018.
