Welcome to May – 2016 Claremont Manor progress update.
The construction is progressing and the structural work is completed. Façade installation has progressed to level 17. Internal fit out works are progressing at each level.
We are pleased to advise that construction of Claremont Manor is progressing very well and is anticipated for completion by end of October 2016. As the completion of your apartment fast approaches you will be required to begin preparation for settlement, which will include having your finance approved and ready to complete your sale.

Welcome to January – 2016 Claremont Manor progress update.
We are pleased to advise that the construction progress is on schedule. Structural work on level 10 commenced in mid-Jan 2016. Lift and stair case core completed to underside of level 12. Facade commenced in Q4 – 2015 and progressing on level 2-5. Internal fit out works have commenced and currently progressing on level 2-4.
Practical completion is expected on Feb – 2017.
